So saturday night i went out for a couple drinks after work i was already drianed and tired but still headed out so i had a couple drinks then also some shots after that i bought a bottle of liqour at the location was having a good time but then i notice i was super intoxicated so yesterday i got home woke up feeling real dizzy and vision blurry i drank water and also gatorade the feeling left a little bit but now today is tuesday and i still have this wierd feeling in my head and i kept falling alseep all day yesterday but its like a heavy feeling also with anxierty feeling nervous and thinking to much things in my mind. just feeling off. from saturday all the way till tueday can that be possible ? feeling wierd.

I guess you might have celebrated a little too much. Those feelings of intoxication
are very Reminescent times of anxiety symptoms. Once the buzz of the moment is gone,
the brain takes over with our anxiety.
Drinking water to hydrate is good as well as Gatorade. Potassium levels can drop
some from Alcohol...Having Low Sodium V8 juice can help replace some of the
essentials missing right now.
Make sure you eat as well in order to restore your energy. If you are on medication
that could also play into how you are feeling.
Besides the above, time is needed to feel like yourself again.
Of course Johnnie, if you have other symptoms resembling the flu, cold, virus etc
please call your doctor.

Goodmorning how have you been yes thank you and also i still woke up the same inwas drinking saturday midnight so i say sunday and i still feel wierd and im not medication at all woke up to my breathing a little off
Johnnie, since this is the flu season, it wouldn't hurt to run this by your doctor.
Viruses affecting breathing are going around and you just want to be sure it's
not something you are coming down with. I'm hoping you start feeling good
soon but please check with your doctor as well. xx
I sometimes find that happens to me, if Iām feeling run down and have more than one or two drinks, my body takes a long time to feel right and itās easy for my anxiety to exacerbate too, sometimes over nothing, trying to rehydrate and re-balance my body does help shorten it down, but itās usually been 24-48 hours before Iām able to realise whatās happened which means it takes longer to get over the anxiety
