How long can the body cope with 24hr constant stress/anxiety suffered at home before a complete collapse, be that physical or mental?

Hi Guitarist235, the body is very resilient although wearing and tiring.

It's changing the mental thoughts that will give you peace of mind which

will allow the body to also rest.

Pills and Therapy only go so far. It's regenerating the subconscious mind

that will get you to your goal. It is a work in progress but with patience and

consistency, you can give yourself the "me time" that your mind and body

so crave.

Never too late to start. :) xx

Thank you Agora, yip I agree pills don't work, they only act like sleeping tablets. I am seeing a psychologist at the moment but... I don't know, I do all the talking, he listens and doesn't come up with much. Thanks for the advice on the subconscious mind, I'm also trying my best to 'stay in the moment' which does give my some space sometimes. But thanks for responding. Really appreciate.
