menthol tingling sensation

So I thought I was going crazy… had a menthol sensation starting from my chest and radiating down my arms and hands, I was about to rush off to the nearest emergency… but having to stop myself knowing that this has happened before, but it still does not stop that feeling of OMG I’m having a heart attack, needless to say I was booking appointments to get myself checked out from top to toe.

After reading some posts I’m glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing this…

I've had that sensation before, it's awful! The time I had that must have been the biggest panic attack I've had ever had, but at the time I genuinely thought I was having a heart attack. Hope you're feeling much better.
