Tingling sensation
I feel shaky all over, i get tingles, I feel light headed and jittery. My psychiatrist told me that in the morning our cortisol levels (stress chemical/hormone can't remember) is at its highest and that is why we can feel this way in the mornings, it gradually wears off throughout the day but if you have a nap it can build up again.
Me too i get those sensations when i have s full day of panic attacks. Has that ever happend to you? A full day of panic attacks?!
I'm lucky enough not to experience panic attacks I have had maybe 2 full blown attacks otherwise they are like mini attacks. But I suffer from lots of physical symptoms due to generalised anxiety disorder. I do know of people who experience attacks all day and it takes a lot out of you it's like running a marathon. Hope today is a good day for you
I've had a shaky feeling and tingling sensation when I get up too fast. I had my blood pressure still be low and it needed a few minutes to speed up to my now more active self. It's called orthostatic hypotension. If it's frequent and moderate seeing a doctor is recommended. The other cause is anxiety which often causes you to breathe more quickly than normal. When that happens you get dizzy and lightheaded, feel faint and your heart races. Any tingling in your extremities can be resolved usually by stretching and/or slowing your breathing down. If you're not sure if you're breathing too fast, slow your breathing down and then recheck your symptoms. This tingling is not to be confused with another cause of pain, tingling and numbness in your extremities which is neuropathy and isn't resolved with slowing your breathing down. For this I take gabapentin.
You get that feeling?!
