For a few months now I have been feeling my ground vibrate and when I sit or lay down it feels like something is moving me. It doesn't feel like it's my body and I have got myself in a terrible state something is wrong with me or my house. Is it likely that it's my body because that just seems surreal to me

Hi Lulu1818, I could nearly say snap, but my experience was slightly different. I was in the kitchen, standing up and close to the table when out of the blue, it felt as if the floor was moving. So I held on to the table, and it happened one more time. Weird. The reason I held on the the table was because very occasionally I’ve felt I might faint. But it wasn’t quite like that. It was almost like the mild shudder after an earthquake. Except it couldn’t have been. Maybe it’s my eye sight playing tricks on me. Try not to let these experiences bother you. A friend of mine once said to me, the more you worry the worse it will get.
