I am going through a lot right now, I can typically get a hold of myself, and my coping mechanism is no longer an option. I am trying to get a hold of this anxiety. I feel like my chest sinks into my stomach and I cannot breathe. I start to feel like I have to move, however, I lack the energy to work out. I have tried setting appointments with psychiatrists, I am not a fan of medication. I need tips to get myself under control.

Hello, I suffer from panic attacks and I have begun taking some of these supplements and plan to add the rest as soon as I purchase them. I feel calm without panic just minutes after taking a vitamin B1 (500mg). I have also started taking magnesium and I’ve been sleeping better.
