Mine seem to only happen at work and feel so out of it I almost always leave. I feel like I can't breathe I get dizzy my hands and feet feel like they go numb. I try to walk myself around and breathe but today was really bad I couldn't shake the feeling.

I tried this health sampler called "Natural CALM" anti-stress drink and it has magnesium citrate as the main ingredient in it. But why do I feel like my stomach is still upset. It was sort of a nasty taste like an alkeselzar taste. But I hope it helps. Has magnesium helped you? What are you taking it for?

It's probably time to get to the belief that causes this, since you are already pretty supplement savvy.

A thought preceded your anxiety attack. Even tho you say, your work is not stressful, you might want to look into, What were you thinking about, who were you talking to, what was in front of you, what was going on at work that triggers this?

If you get to there, then you can work the program that Claire Weeks outlines and DARE expands on.

Keep us posted.

Have you tried CBD oil?

And is it your job making you feel this way? I had a job last year that was making me feel like that. I’d wake up in a panic, could not feel my arms, fingers would be numb, I was always calling in or leaving mid shift, just feeling horrible to the point I was hospitalized. So try finding the reason for your panic at work. If it’s the job I suggest looking for a new job.

I have tried that and it and it has helped me before. Its weird because there is no trigger at work my job is not stressful at all. I'm thinking it's because it's very quiet and I sense and feel everything in my body and then it goes downhill from there with my overthinking and panic

Is is possible to listen to low playing music at work or listen to ebooks?

The quiet tends to give us too much time to think, over think, and create problems that don’t exist yet or ever. So having something other than the silence and our own thoughts to focus on has been helpful to me.
