The shaky feelings could be a result of anxiety. My anxiety and panic attacks also come on for no reason other than maybe genetic components or brain chemistry. I've been dealing with them since childhood. There is help, therapy and/or meds, if you look for it. It takes time and effort, but keep going. You're worth it.

Hi Saz, I too hated the sensations of Anxiety at one time. It would scare

me and then I would start focusing on it more and more. Once I got into

that cycle of fear it seemed to keep growing.

It did seem like it came from no where but actually I began to realize that

my adrenaline levels never really went down. They stayed in a low free floating

state all day. It would just take a thought or sound or a fear to hit that pilot light

and ignite into a full blown panic/anxiety attack.

I noticed when I was dehydrated the dizzyheaded feeling was worse. When I

hadn't had something to eat for a while, the sugar levels would drop causing this

unwell feeling. The more I worried and feared the faster my legs felt like jelly

and wouldn't support me. But they can and they will. Anxiety is a part of our

over sensitized nervous system. When we fear, we squeeze our muscles, making

them work w/o our moving. We are in a "fight or flight" stance but no where to

go, no danger ahead except for the lies in our thoughts that anxiety leaves behind.

So we must not fight anxiety, we must not fear it. We must accept it for what it is...

a lie. And if we believe it, we're doomed. I lived this fear but now I no longer fear

this bully. I have control back over my life. It is possible,. :) xx

sounds like anxiety to me. I have the same thing and I’ve been to psychiatrist and being a valuated and they say it’s generalized anxiety what I’ve been doing is write down when I have these attacks and what was I thinking of what could’ve made me afraid to go into the state exercise also is very good I go on my treadmill and try to work it out mine sometimes last all day. It’s good to have somebody to talk to. I also use the Dare program which helps but I’ve been suffering so long with this I just have to keep telling myself I’m going to get better. I say a prayer for you and wish you luck and anytime you want to talk, I’ll be here
