Hit SOPHIA these symptoms can very well be from anxiety especially in that you
had it checked by your Internist as well as the Cardiologist. Sometimes Anxiety is just
present in us starting with the mornings when the Cortisol/Adrenaline are at it's highest.
The doubts in how the day may go feed into that fear. Do you usually feel better by
evening time?
Try to have some structure in your day. YouTube has phenomenal videos on Relaxation
and Meditation. Listening to these videos before bed can help reduce our morning
anxiety as well as listening to a relaxation video upon awakening. Doing this as a
daily routine can and will reduce the over sensitivity of your nervous system.
Adding another 10-15 min in the afternoon can help as well as keeping hydrated
throughout the day.
Have different things to focus on that calm your mind. The Mind/Body Connection
is a powerful one. If one is nervous so is the other. Practicing Breathing Exercises
will also help reduce your adrenaline levels making you shake less. Your legs may feel
like jello but believe in the fact that they will carry you thru the day. Your head may feel
full which can be from over breathing and dehydration. Make sure when you get up
in the morning to have a full glass of water (esp. after going a long time w/o any)
Pull your shoulders down away from your ears, breathe, smile to yourself and shout
"I'm back" Challenge yourself to a new day. My best to you xx
Sounds like anxiety to me too. I was diagnosed with GAD and have similar reactions with bad weather.
