Weird Feelings

Hi all,

Today I was cleaning my home and I kept feeling off balance as if I am going to fall. I ran to check my blood pressure and it was normal. I am also getting twitches of pain in my head and then headache from the top of my head to over my eyes. Its like tightening headache. Anyone can relate to these symptoms? Suffering with anxiety fir eight years now. Sigh.

Yes I often feel dizzy but I don’t have the headaches thank God. I think I just get double anxiety to make up for the headache.

I had most of these symptoms, I went to the optician as advised by my GP and it turned out one of my eyes had got worse... new glasses and it’s all stopped. X

Jane93p mmmm very interesting because I do wear glasses and havent changed it in 3years. Thanks for that I will check.
