My head and eyes feel weird

I’ve been to the pediatrician like 3 times for checkups they said heart sounds fine and I’m fine I got and ekg in June but now my heart is always racing and it makes me anxious and I think it’s something wrong with it that’s why my head and eyes feel weird I’ve had my boood work done twice I’ve had my pee tested 3 times and everything is fine this is not just anxiety I’m over it the therapy office still didn’t call back or won’t answer

It sounds a lot like anxiety. I also had those symptoms before I knew I had anxiety. Please dont worry, I know what it's like to feel that way, but please try to relax, it seems you are ok, go to the sun if you can, excercise and meditate (mindfullness).

I feel same love had a terrible week heart racing feel like I can’t breathe ,and exhausted feel sick to death of all this now xxx

I get tremors twitching I can literally feel my brain moving and I get dropping sensations

Do you only get it around your heart ? I was getting it there than it went to my stomach from my heart now to my head

From what I heard we become very hypersensitive to our body we can feel everything even if it’s in our head anxiety playing tricks on us I had ct scan mri and bloodwork all normal smh
