This morning I woke up and felt nauseous , which isn’t unusual, but the weakness I feel in my body is unbelievable, went downstairs to get some breakfast and came back upstairs and had shortness of breath. My arms shoulders and chest area feel strangely weak more than anything, I don’t like it. Yesterday I had a lot of burning sensations aside other things, and the day before I was really tired, so don’t know whether it’s the after effects of that. I’ve had weak arms and legs before but this is mainly the top part of me, and it’s making me feel drained.
Anyone had similar?

Hey there! I get the same exact thing, but with chest tightness as well. I get it after simple tasks, and carrying groceries. It’s extremely scary and annoying! But it happens to go away when I distract myself by using my phone, which is a sign that its anxiety. Do you Worry that your breathing will stop as well?
Just got a little chest tightness as well now as I was getting dressed. I was lying on the bed but I don’t think that helps so I need to go for a walk round the corner. Feels as if I’ve done a marathon.
Oh I know that feeling, and because of that I am absolutely horrified of exercising and even long walks..
Yes I’ve had that and it’s scary. It was really bad when I first suffered anxiety. And now when Im feeling not right this happens. I live in an upstairs apartment so I use the stairs almost everyday, I feel like I’m not getting enough oxygen to my limbs.
Yes it is isn’t it. Oh dear You have no choice but to use the stairs constantly then. Like I just said a minute ago I’ve got dressed to walk to the corner lying in bed wasn’t really helping. I just opened the door and It’s very humid outside so that doesnt help.
Yes the last two day get up do normal stuff and start getting the light head and feeling dizzy was at football practice with the kids and just felt like I was fixing to pass out. It is real don’t know why but ER WILL not do nothing but take your money. How is your bp. When this happens
