I've been on celexa foryears and it used to work pretty well, but recently I've had a lot of break through panic attacks. My doc (family med doc) wants me to switch from celexa 40mg to zoloft 100mg. He said no need to taper, just stop celexa and start zoloft. Has anyone switched SSRI's in this manner? Any effects I should be concerned about?
