Feeling very not my self today head feels everywhere anyone else get this
Hi Saz, when we feel this way it's usually because we have so much on ourmind that it doesn't get a break. Is something going on making you feel this
way *an issue/an event that has happened??
Also when feeling this way, make sure you are hydrating which can help immensely
with that off headed feeling. Time to give yourself some "me time". A time and place
you can go to regenerate. We don't have to wait for bedtime. Finding a comfortable
chair, a dimmed room and relaxing your shoulders as you breathe, can help reduce
the stress of life and bring you back to the present moment.
Mindfulness is that time when you are not in the past nor the future. You are in this
moment of time which exists for you with no problems, no anxiety, no plans...Just be
in the moment.
I'm going to be signing off soon but will be on again tomorrow. Try some of the things
I mentioned. They do work Saz...With practice and belief you can bring yourself to a better
place in both mind and body. xx
