My head still feels tight

It's been like a 2 weeks now and my head is still feeling tight and sometimes I still feel dizzy is this still just anxiety and stress or could it be something worse

Hi lewisF15 could be middle ear trouble or sinuses both can make you dizzy and off balance I've got sinuses at the moment and have tight achey head and dizzy if I look down just started on some antibiotics tonight .and taking cinnarizine ( travel sickness pills) for the dizziness. Get your ears checked and sinuses. Hope you feel soon.

Where do you feel this headache ??i am also one of you like .. i also think that i have tumor brain aneurysm or some serious issue... evena ct scan came normal ... still i am worried ....

I have this at the moment it’s been constant for like 3 days only on my left side of my head

Yeh I do but not as bad I’m starting to think it is just anxiety and nothing serious
