Hi guys! The past couple of days my right eye has been twitching on and off, really irritating and my health anxiety is obviously kicking in and I’m panicking 🤣 I had an opticians app less than a month ago and everything was normal! But I didn’t have the twitch at the time! I don’t drink any caffeine or alcohol and I feel like I am getting enough sleep ☹️☹️☹️☹️
