I finally have my new and CORRECT lenses. Let me just say a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders as soon as I put them on. I don't feel off balance, dizzy, fuzzy headed, no migraines, nor do I feel like someone is sitting on my head. Now I just have to stay on top of my iron pills.

That is great news & I can imagine how uplifting it makes you feel. It's so great to hear when someone feels improvement. I keep waiting for "my moment in the sun"

Thank You. Your Day will come. I'll be Glad when I can forget about anxiety and just be myself again. It's funny because I said that to my Dad a few weeks ago, he got quiet for a second and then said "just be Happy". "When you feel it coming don't fight it but dance, sing, or laugh no matter where you are". I told him it's easier said than done lol.

Your dad sounds like a wise man. You are lucky to have him. I went to the physciatrist this morning, and am remaining on Xanax for another 2 weeks, but he has upped my Luvox to 4 pills a day. If I could just feel a day here and there of no fear....hope would be nice. I am trying everything suggested. Next month I go to see a naturopath.

Oh boy. I really hope that helps. Anxiety makes things so difficult. I'm hoping the naturopath helps.

I know they are not like a pill nor an instant fix so I am prepared to try for 4 months.....I know 5 people who go to one and speak highly....what works for one doesn't work for another, but I have to try!
