24/7 head pressure, nose pressure, neck pressure and ear fullness

Head pressure, nose pressure/stiffness and feeling like there's something wet behind my ear drum and ear pain, forhead pressure. Sometimes the pressure changes the places but mostly on the right side of my head, face and neck. Feeling like I'll be pass out soon. Blood reports are normal except ESR is 65mm/hr but dr. Said it's nothing to worry about and CT of my brain & nose are all clear ENT said i don't have sinus problem and any ear problem and my brain ct is normal too. Have had so many medicines but no relief. Please tell me what is it? Any suggestion will be very helpful .

Hi I have all of those symptoms, been to see a nuarolagist, said I have cronic migraine, waiting for apt at migraine clinic for either injections once a month, or botox injections in my head every 6mnths hope that helps you
