Head Pressure/ Lightheaded 24/7

Hi there

For the past 2 weeks I’ve had this odd sensation mainly in the top right side of my head it’s like a ache I wake up with it everyday sometimes it feels tingly or an itch I can’t get too. But I get pressure behind my eye and on my forehead the pressure is pretty much constant. I’ve had an MRI scan and it came back with minor inflamed sinus right side and mastoroid bone. 2 months ago I had an ear infection still to this day my ear doesn’t feel right. Any thoughts on the pressure in the head as it never goes and is ruining my life now.

I have ear and eye pressure daily for hours at a time, though my MRI showed minor mucosal thickening and trace fluid in my left mastoid. I also get eye strains due to difficulties in discussing and some neck pain. Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? Sometimes these symptoms can be due to muscle tightness.

Thanks for the reply, I haven’t seen a chiropractor but I will try this next. Do your symptoms make you feel lightheaded at all? I’m suffering from this quite badly I guess it’s the pressure. As I’m sitting here now the pressure is in the face it’s so odd do you think this is linked to the ear problem?

I'm light headed constantly... the other possibility is the heart. An ekg or stress test.

That or spinal fluid pressure, chiropractor will xray spine.
