The head pressure is usually a symptom of anxiety! So it might go away once your anxiety decreases. Have you tried the gym or training at home with a fitness DVD or going for a head massage? These ideas might help lovely x
No I haven't tried the gym or massage thanks for the tips im praying something helps thanks .
I also get numbness in my face lips it's wired a hot sensation or tender to the touch I really hope this is anxiety related
I've been there and i know how scary it could be . Like right now my hearts racing and I'm breathing fast. Do some research on meds . I know the one that didn't agree with me most was Zoloft it gave me suicidal thoughts at one point . But that's not saying it's bad . Each med reacts to each person differently .
I hadn't taken any meds after I was prescribed clonazapams and became dependant of then in a month had the worse withdraw symptoms ever felt very suicidal doc now have me zolofs that I've been taking for a week now but haven't felt a change im on a small 25mg dose im hoping I dont have suicidal thoughts again thanks for ur reply and hope u feel better as well
Hi Sandra. This may sound corny but the pressure feeling in your head is sort of an illusion your mind creates. I say this because I have experienced it on hundreds of occasions over many years, including racing heart, lightheadedness, and more. One day I have noticed that these feelings go away immediately if I refocus my thoughts on something that completely puts my attention on something else, away from self. Since that day I got confirmations of this 100% of times when I was able to refocus. So you see, if you can have a list created ahead of an episode of things to do when this happens, it will be huge help. When it does, immediately do something else. Call a friend, do some house cleaning, count rice or beans in a bag, anything to shift your focus. The more you do it the faster it will take to rid yourself of these feelings. In time, you will teach your mind not to focus on self so much. Its like a mind game. You get more of what you focus on.
Thank you I will try this just hoping something will help me.
Amitriptyline fixed me 25mg
Have you had your minerals and vitamin levels checked?
No I haven't had my vitamins n mineral checked but I will and will ask about that medication thank u .
