Chest burning from cortisol overload?

Hi, Ive been having the worst case of health anxiety /ocd I've ever had in my life for about 16 days now. I have always struggled with health anxiety and was convinced that I was dying many times. This time around I thought I was having a heart attack, 2 ekgs and blood work later and the Dr chalked it up to a panic attack. Next, thought I was having a brain Aneurysm, the Dr gave me migraine meds through an iv and that was settled. I still find myself having not too much relief due to the fact that I don't know what's causing all of these ailments. I have recently (past 3 days) noticed that the left side of my chest/throat area have been sensitive to the touch and when I'm not touching it, my chest feels like it's burning. Not really bad but annoying enough. I have taken antacids with minimal relief (I believe the relief I get is in my head). Could this be due to having too much cortisol released in my body?
