Dropping sensation/anxiety

I have suffered with panic disorder for 13yrs according to my Dr, but in the 3 yrs I am now house bound with chronic physical symptoms that leave me in a state of fear 24/7, I get very lightheaded, headrushes, wierd head preasure and headaches, I do get lots of other symptoms but too many too mention. One sympton is the constant falling sensation no matter what I'm doing it's there every minute of the day, this also gives me severe feeling of fear, which is not normal feeling that I could fear could be, it leaves me paralyzed. This can happen out the blue even when I don't feel stressed, any idea what thus could be as I have really gave up on the panic/anxiety thing.

Hello Andrew,I know the exact feeling you are talking about. It is very scary. Sometimes it's just my heart that feels like it is dropping, but something it feels like my whole body is like sinking? I try to explain it like if I was attached to a string...and someone is pulling me down, or sometimes backwards.

You might get your testosterone, thyroid and adrenals checked out by a doctor to make sure they are functioning properly, if not, they MIGHT cause or contribute to anxiety/depression. Diet also plays a big part of affecting our mood, things like caffeine, sugar, etc...
