I don't know your situation, perhaps it is just anxiety. But imo it's time for the so-called "smart" people to admit that they don't know everything and mainly for the majority of them to stop attributing every thing to anxiety. Yes, anxiety plays Some kind of role, but research is only beginning to at least recognize that brain inflammation of sorts in the vestibular system, for example, can cause one to appear anxious, drop things, feel out of it. And anxiety from all this or and/or very stressful circumstances which some humans operate under can then affect brain inflammation (there are adrenaline, norepinephrine, serotonin, dopamine, etc. receptors even in the ears--the ears which play a huge role in balance)...horrible vicious cycle.

So it's time for the overwhelming number of drs to stop calling all this just anxiety...to enlarge the borders of their tent, so to speak. Until they do, drs will continue to prescribe the anti-anxiety pills, the SSRIs, etc. which really do not address the root problem (not to mention they don't even know exactly how SSRIs affect depression, and yet they give these oh-so-potent drugs out like they're candy). And obviously don't do much of anything for a significant percentage of the population.

End of rant.

All the Best to You as you navigate this world of drs who most think they have all the answers...most really don't much of anything, can't even cure the common cold. Look for your own answers.
