I has covid about a month ago. I'm just like you had very bad health anxiety and felt like I couldn't breathe. I went and got an oximeter which helped me a lot. It took me about a week in a half to get better. I still don't have all my smell or taste back..but other than that I'm fine. We people with health anxiety always jump to the worse case scenario..never think the other way around. I downloaded the dare app and that has helped me a lot. You will get through this just think positive!!!
I was a 'long hauler' with covid pneumonia. You have to get plenty of rest, sunshine, Vit D, C, E, B-12, Quercitin, and let it run it's course. I was sick from Dec 20 until the end of May. I felt best sitting outside in the fresh air and sunshine with a good book. My favorite med was ibuprofen. It was a life saver for my achy muscles and headache. You can do this.
