Hello everyone I was recently covid positive and im im isolation at home and feel so alone. While sitting in my room I think back to how the little things mean so much. Just being able to sit with the family on the couches watching tv. I can say after I beat this I will live life more I realize my health anxiety is keeping me from living and I’m not going to allow it anymore. Been dealing with anxiety for 20 plus years but the day has come. I will not allow anxiety to rule my life any longer the reason I’m writing this post is so whom ever deals with anxiety my message is so not allow it to hold you down from living. Life will pass you by. Live right here right now!
Covid and health anxiety : Hello everyone I... - Anxiety Support
Covid and health anxiety
You are so right. It really is the small things which are the most important. Material things are great but it's being with loved ones and the basics which are so important. That's why I try to get out in nature every day, it grounds me. Good luck and good health, you will feel just fine in a short while. Take care.
Yeah things like that make you realize things, and give you the perspective you're missing. Anxiety destroys you slowly, the change happens slow and then it is hard to remember how it used to be. I actually decided something similar before Covid came. Now anxiety is bad and trying to fight it everyday. I think most people's anxiety starts over some worry about their health. Seeing your doctor and getting everything checked out is how you make it go away before it gets a permanent hold on you.
What a lovely message to all of us who struggle every day with anxiety. I wish you well and hope you continue to be strong and enjoy life.
Very well put. Enjoy your life it's way to short already. ❤
