Anxiety or covid

So I just recently read a thread about the community being judgmental on vaccinated and I unvaccinated how ever I am one to respect whomever decision .

But I recently have experienced two days of extreme fatigued like the one when your all in your sleep and you can feel your body falling into the bed . However it kind of scared me because of course Covid is out and I it’s only been that way for 2 days I’m getting really scared I have no other symptoms I just woke up so nervous and trembling . I am a person who is scared to get the virus and to be vaccination my anxiety will be all over thinking if I get it what is it doing to my insides will I get sick . And the other would feel secured .

I want to get the shot TODAY ASAP are there any tips that could encourage me to go and get the vaccination to ease my mind thank you all .

Hello :-)

It does seem to have become a debate one I don't want't to get into and with everything it is personal choice

For me though I had Double pneumonia a few years ago ended up in intensive care and fighting for my life then when covid came out I had 3 heart attacks which resulted in Bypass surgery and I did not even let myself over think which is unusual for me but looking at my health and how I would cope with covid should I get it bad it was a no brainer and I had both jabs

I was fine no side effects and my Husband he did but he soon got over them a lot sooner than he would have got over covid had it got it

You have fear with both scenarios just weigh up which you can live with and stick with which ever that may be :-) x

Exactly my reason for wanting to just do it. But this anxiety is disturbing me I may just go get the thing today at least I’ll feel some what at ease thanks for even responding

I am trying to persuade a friend of mine, she says she wants the jab. I said I would go with her, but she thinks she has an ear infection and wants to see a doctor first. I had my two jabs as soon as possible, I had no problems. I hope somebody can help you to make the right decision for you.

My boyfriend felt totally fine . And my 78 year old grandmother got and had NO SIDE EFFECTS and never got Covid this whole pandemic.

I kind of feel like your friend I wanna make sure all my blood work checks out normal before I get it . I just found out I have a bladder infection as well and have to take antibiotics 😩

I also don't want vaccine but so much pressure from all sides. Have had problems from previous vaccination, anxiety so high now, fight and flight in top gear.

I've had pneumonia twice and covid, both are horrendous, get the vaccine, I didn't have side effects and it doesn't hurt.

I had a lot of vaccine anxiety too, but, with the help of a good friend, I got my first Phizer shot Wednesday. It's the one that, for my gender and age group, seems to have the least known risks. I have a lot of medical anxiety and hate even taking pills, so the vaccine was very difficult for me to commit to getting. It is impossible to know what the truth is, with all the extreme positions on the media and in the general population. At first I tried to tell myself I was being faithful and trusting God by not getting the vaccine, but then I realized I was lying to myself because I was living in fear of COVID, reading every article on people dying, etc. So God gave me the strength to trust Him with the shot. I still haven't gotten the second one, but I know he'll give me the faith for that. If I relied on myself, I'd never have gotten it. You have to do what is right for you, though, but if not having the vaccine is a source of anxiety, get the vaccine. :) prayers and hugs from me to you for your good health.

Awwww thank you so much for these encouraging words I am definitely going to get the vaccine from my doctors office on Tuesday I have made up my mind . Either way you have to make peace with something and I’d rather know I’m safe with vaccine with having little to no symptoms .

Your reply truly brightened my spirits seriously it’s been a very dark cloud for a while
