My car spun and have a headache

So it's raining today, My brother was driving me home from work today and the truck spun out for a minute because of the wet road,

I didn't hit anything but I do have a headache I'm a bit woozy but not dizzy my body feels like its still spinning like the sensation.

The boys are fine but I'm a bit shaken up from it

I keep asking if they're okay and they assured me that they are.

I googled now I'm freaked out

Sounds scary. I think your headache is from tensing up. It's a natural reaction to stiffen up to protect yourself Incase of impact. Just sit and relax, meditate if you do to relax your core. Glad nobody got hurt.🤗🤗
