I get this nearly everyday and have had multiple scans and tests and I pretty much blame anxiety based upon what I've read on the forums here

Speak with your doc if your symptoms get worse

It's like I'm ok and then I wake up and get ready for the day and the headache starts it comes and goes and my face only goes numb when I'm really upset and I always Google everything

Marisol, have you been tested for Lyme disease and all co-infections? Babesia, bartonella, ehrlichia and mycoplasma. Babesia and bartonella can cause head pressure. Have you had your lymphatic system checked to see if it is draining properly?

That's because they're lazy. Do you have any other symptoms? Have you checked your hormones? Have you tried going gluten free?

I have the exact same thing. Everyday I get a pressure in my head nothing like a normalheadache . I'm scared that it's something serious but doc says it's tension even tho I dont feel tense. X

I've been dealing with this for about three months now. Its gotten a lot better because I finally came to the conclusion it IS my anxiety and nothing is wrong with me. I wake up feeling fine, and then sometimes in the early morning afternoon I focus too much on thinking about the sensations in my head. I know its anxiety because when it first started I was freaking out and went to the doctors and ER and literally I am 100% healthy down to my blood pressure. If I am out doing something or distracted I will feel fine and then I think about the pressure and BAM its back! The more I think about it the worse it gets because then it sets off my anxiety. I am truly sorry you're feeling this way, its the worst, some days I just don't even want to try because I know at some point in the day I am going to feel it. The pressure in my head isn't even like a headache because its not constant. Have you tried exercise? This is the next thing I am going to try for the pressure in my head. Hopefully it works!
