Vibryyd or Buspar

Anyone have any luck with either one of these...my DNA swab says both are a good fit for me. Tried Trillinex..Pristiq... Zoloft again.. Paxil again... really no luck with any of them... I'm on the ketamine spray and it seems to help some..A few weeks back I was on the pristiq and Ketamine spray and something clicked for about 2 weeks..I was happy... no ruminating thoughts..I was smiling... then bam... severe nausea and anxiety hit me out of nowhere.. So Doc said stop the pristiq... only been on the spray since, but anxiety been a real beast... trying all these meds gets confusing and draining. I'm thinking of just trying the buspar for now...IDK🙄🙄🙄.. any thoughts???

Has your primary care doctor offered you any other alternatives besides drugging you up? Sounds like a lot of different chemicals being introduced into your body.

No sir... problem is I have severe depression as well... so that's all they do its offer drugs...its a psychiatrist

If Buspar did anything for me .... I didn't notice. Zoloft created a carbohydrate craving that was monstrous. Gained 20 Ibs in one month. Threw that stuff in the trash.

I finally figured out that drugs was not the answer and successfully resolved a severe case of Generalized Anxiety Disorder with supplements, lifestyle changes, and natural therapies.

I would love to go the natural route, but the depression makes it difficult with the intrusive thoughts and all... not good ones at that
