So earlier today I went to take a drink of water as soon as I swallowed I got severe chest pain on the left side that went away. Obviously started freaking out but the pain went away. I didn’t have any other symptoms. Now I feel slight pressure or pain under my ribs when I think about it. Ifk what to do I’m trying to sleep but I feel like I won’t be able to I keep jerking awake. Has this ever happened to anyone. Anyone have any suggestions. My stomach feels gassy and crampy also

It sounds like trapped gas, and you're having a panic attack because you u think it's something serious, but it's not .

You swallowed a bunch of air with that gulp of water that's what the pain was. Don't sit it lay down walk around a bit to get it down into your stomach. That's why it hurts under your ribs it is waiting to get into the system to work through. I hate that feeling so much. Good luck and gentle hugs🤗🤗

Big smile to you my friend :)

When we know what causes our symptoms, it's so much easier to take

without going into a panic.

You've come a long way Fearoffear :) xx
