I got my blood results and my iron was extremely low so my doc wants me to take iron pills everyday. Till next time I see him which is april! So right now I’m not feeling so good. Trying to sleep when all of a sudden my heart starts to Pound really Hard and it scared me started doing breathing exercises and Then my breathing got Heavy. At this point I just have to deal with this crap! I’m so over it! I’ve tried absolutely every medication every Natural Therapeutic shxt you can think of and NOTHING! Idk what else to do. I cant anymore 😭😩

I know this feels really hard I am suffering to and have to take several medications at the moment and I am having such dreadful side effects but I know without these meds I would be worse and risking my health so somehow and it is a struggle I have to keep trying to cope ( not easy ) I keep taking them

When you have low iron it can effect your breathing etc and make you feel genuinely ill so if you take them some of these physical feelings you are getting you no doubt will find they will improve

I have a massive med fear but here I am taking all these meds and getting side effects, if I can do it I know you can take an iron tablet and trust your Doctor , give them a go and in a few weeks you possibly will be feeling a lot better :-) x

Glad you are feeling a little better , get that iron taken it will do you good and let us know how you feel in a couple of weeks when it has started to work :-) x

Hi MindfulnessxoI hope you are feeling betteR I want to talk about breathing techniques. I have had anxiety panic attacks for years. I also

Had acrophobia for nearly two years. Sometimes I feel my heart if going to explode I get the feeling of sweating legs weak. I sit on a chair deep breaths hold and excel out like small puffs the last breath excel all. You see the more we panic the harder it is to control your breathing. Must admit it’s scary at times. Do these breathing exercises daily. If I can help with anything or you want to talk I’m here. Take care Seyi x

Thank you! I’ve done breathing exercises plenty of times works when it wants too for me. I’ll have my good days then there are the bad days :( but today I had a panic attack it was awful.
