Does anyone feels like there is a bubble air that stucks in your mouth every time you producing saliva?

The feelings like there is air in my mouth that you can feel it like its a bubble feel with air in your mouth so either you swallow it or either you blow it but if you swallow it the air bubble its feels like its stuck in your throat eventually you have to burp it. It make me really feeling discomfort in my mouth

That definitely sounds stress related. The mouth is very sensitive. :)

There was a time (many years ago) i didn't know how to relax my tongue.
