Do you feel like you hold your breath without realising it? Then you cannot take a breath in? Then you feel light headed and think you're going to pass out? Then panic making it worse....
This is me.
Anyone have any techniques for getting out of this habit? It scares me.

I've done it before. I learned to breathe normally even if I felt like I couldn't, eventually I learned not to do it
Yes I think I know what you mean. Sometimes when I take a deep breath I feel I haven't taken in enough air and keep on taking deep breaths to see if I can satisfy my need for air. If I can make myself yawn this often helps. Best wishes. GG.
