HEADACHES

It’s been a whole week of headaches that last all day mostly in the forehead! I’ve been too the hospital but they have not done a scan on my head yet all they do is take blood vital signs etc idk what’s causing these headaches but I need answers ‼️

Have you been stressed? I know stress causes me headaches

Have you been on a computer or looking at a phone more often lately?

Or does it feel like a sinus thing? With all of the fires around (I’m in California) my nose feels fine but the deep part of my sinuses hurt soooo badly from it

Frontal forehead? These are usually tension headaches.

I do get headaches in this area too when I’m dehydrated, need to eat, stresses or a combo of all three.
