Headache !!

I keep waking up with an awful headache. It goes after I take a Nuerofen. But why every morning ?

I'm going back to work on Tuesday and I'm already stressing about it.

I used to take ibuprofen and noticed it gave me headaches the day after. I stopped taking it and I didn't get em anymore, not sure why it was.

Dehydration?

I'm pretty hydrated throughout the day. I'm not sure what triggers it off every morning. My headache has passed now without taking any meds :)

Try not to stress about work, if your not ready then your not ready. Has the headache passed now?

Thanks Matt.. My headache has passed now without any meds so I'm happy about that. I'm trying not to think about work - that only triggers off my anxiety

That's good that it's gone and without medication, do you get them lots? I did for about 3-4 months almost daily and it is anxiety for sure, I think you can do things like drink plenty of water like Nathansam said but you have got to listen to your body and if you don't feel ready then take a bit of time. Are your work pretty supportive? ☺️

I have only recently started getting headaches in the morning straight after breakfast. I work with my fiancé and he doesn't really understand this feeling but he tries to look out for me if I have an episode at work. Guided meditation and breathing exercises are really helping me. How are you ?

Hi squeak1993. I agree I think it's really hard for people to understand! I need to try some breathing exercises maybe. I am ok, it's that time of day bed time and I'm dreading it... do you sleep?x

Bed time is the only time of the day I look forward to. You should meditate before bed , it really calms you down :)

Thank you, I have never tried that, I will. I usually just try and stay awake long as possible! Bad plan I know. How is your head today?x

Dont take meds for a headache its common to get one it can be because of stress bad pose while sleeping caffeine can also cause one it goes away eventualy few years back i had a headache for 3 days straight but it went away.

I agree Varto11, bad sleep position can cause waking up everyday with a headache. I sleep with a Kowasaki Pillow. It's filled with beans I think and can be comfortably adjusted to fit the curve of your neck offering support. My headaches went away since that is the only pillow I use.
