Headaches
Hi bella_ray I’ve been the same since Tuesday I have a headache that comes and goes it’s freaking me out it comes and goes tho it’s not that painful so I haven’t took any medication : but it’s annoying
Hello Bella. You’re not alone. Oh man I started getting horrible horrible headaches that would mess with my vision and my face once went a bit droopy. It was terrifying. I had an MRI and a CT and they found nothing. So the doctor told me to take Excedrin migraine and every single one of the symptoms went away. I still get horrible headaches with almost all the same symptoms and I just take execrdin and I’m good anywhere from 3-21 days.

a lot of headaches are caused by eating things that your body is allergic to. in the doctor is useless on that stuff, will just give you painkillers.you need tdo rotate the things you have been eating to elimate what is causing it.
I have horrible headaches that my doctor says are "migraines" but I feel a lot in my sinus (which is often is connected to what's going on in your gut). I've found my headaches are food triggered which has been somewhat hard to figure out, but my current triggers are dairy, gluten, nuts, garlic and other spices, and chocolate. Most of these are common migraine triggers. So you may want to try an elimination diet and try to figure out if your headaches are food related.
sounds very sensible. the gut and the brain and circulation are all connected. i had all sorts of problems and it always got connected with ears, sinus, face, nose etc. the trouble is that most doctors just want to treat symptoms and dont connect the various things. so if you get a blocked nose they just give you a nose spray without looking at how it is caused by gut etc.
Could you please tell me if you had to have an injection before the MRI? I am terrified of possible side effects. I had a CT scan 5 yrs ago and they inject you first. I had a horrible reaction and thought I was going to die. Hives everywhere, the nurse made me take pills but the hives still lasted for 2 hrs. I am now worrying about the MRI. Any injections? Thank you
Hello kama24. I’ve had an MRI done and there was no injection involved. There are options to involve injections which are chosen by your doctor but given your past with them you should let your doctor know that getting the dye (or injection) isn’t an option for you.

Thank you for answering. They will do a CT without dye but tell you it isn't as accurate. However I do know they will pre medicate you before a CT if you've had a bad experience. I'm just scared it won't help......always worrying
