Yes it is , I think lots of things ..especially when I can't get my speech out !! I've though ears , sinus and hormones .. I am worse then!
When I don't sleep well it's hundred times worse ., I've honestly thought alsorts over the years .. Dr doesn't kno either.. I just try to live day2 day .. 😩
Yeah I get this headache when I don't sleep well but when I sleep too much I get it too! Got to find the right balance. Well I hope you feel better sending my love to you
Never Healthanxietyhater, I never go off the deep end in trying to diagnose what is fairly obvious. The muscles so incredibly tight, causing pressure in my skull and tightness in my jaws and forehead. Repetitive headaches of the same degree day in and day out and all related to anxiety can cause these tension headaches better know as muscle contraction. Those 2 words say it all and define what causes the pain.
Hydrate, meditate, deep breathe and don't overdo pain pills it only gives you rebound headaches. Heat on shoulders and neck can calm the muscle tension, as well as a hot bath, massage, oils and just plain relaxing to reduce your stress.
The dizziness you feel is due to the muscle tension baring down on the normal blood flow to the head. Don't fear the headache, it will go away faster. x
I used to get head aches a lot but then I went to the chiropractor and she knows where to press on my neck and back and pouf lol gone. Mine are from nerves and tight muscles, I think that's what they call a tension head ache. Lately they're recurring bad not as bad. Try to find something that relaxes you to ease the tension. If nothing works try a chiropractor. Hope you feel better
Yeah I luckily managed to see a chiropractor at a good price on Groupon, I'm really hoping it'll work! Was your headaches as often as mine? Where it was there as soon as you'd wake and carry on for a few days then maybe 1-2 days headache free then back again? I feel like such a wuss because it's not the worse one but I just wish I could feel 100%
Yes, mine were the same exactly and no you're not a wuss, head aches are a mother f'er lol. I hope the chiropractor helps you. I guess we just all need to learn to relax more.
Thank you so much, yea keep me updated. I really hope it helps you and if something doesn't feel good to you at the chiropractor just tell them. Take care too.
I have had constant headache from 2 months and trust me its always there ... i can feel it everytime sometimes mild or moderate to severe someday ... i am really fed up with this .. i am also scared like you of a brain tumor but i had cat scan which came back clear .. although i have read so about brain tumors that they dont show any symptoms until they have become large .... what i think now is that maybe i have problems within the nerves ..and maybe you would have the same problem .. i wish you get well soon .....
I wake up some morning with really back heads mainly on the right side of my head . They usually subside once I eat something but it drives me crazy because I never was like thus before anxiety . It's almost like I have to eat as soon as I wake up or else . Anyone else go through this?
Just to confirm even more, yep I get headache everyday day, now I can go without anxious thoughts and irrational thoughts for a week sometimes but my physical headaches/ pressure and staring into nothing are always there, had scans etc but all seems to link back to my anxiety issues which I’m still yet to work out what and why they started,
