Often get the electric shock feeling with anxiety like little jolts. Sounds like stress I had the pain in kneck and behind eye although it felt more like pressure behind my eye

Hope not. Keep us posted on what you do.

I wrote a post with electric shocks going thru my elbow and hips. Nerves I believe. Doc don't know.

Sounds very much like anxiety

Once you can relax using deep breathing

You will find they will subside

Been there

Sending hugs

Hello :-)

You still with us or has that BP taken you :-/

I presume you have got a machine from somewhere , worse thing to do

I did this s few months ago and goodness my B well I should not be here the readings I was getting !

My Doctor was not impressed and told me to take the machine or bin it asp

They explained they may not be accurate , the cuff could be to small , numerous reasons why my readings were like they were

I took it back let them take it and guess what it was fine !

Stop taking it and get rid of the machine unless a Doctor has told you they want you to have one and take it regular , then worse things you can have especially when you have HA

Take Care x

in reply toKaaayla

Well yours is low , mine is high , could do with a bit of each :-D

The weather is giving so many headaches the pollen count is to and of course the anxiety all mixed together !

Don't take it , I tell you I nearly sent myself over the edge and I am not doing it again , learnt my lesson if I am concerned , Doc it is for me , my HA can show of without me helping it :-D x
