Does anyone else feel like they get heart pain? Not chest pain not left arm pain but like actual heart pain

Ive had that before anxiety can cause such weird pains

Oh I know especially when you dwell on the pain being there like I do

I get stabbing pains throughout my body every day, today was my head so far ... pretty sure anxiety just does that for some reason 😂
