Is anyone around?

I'm currently in bed having these waves of panic. It started with a pain in my chest to full on palpitations, sweating and dizziness :( I've been doing so well this hasn't happened to me in so long! I had a big argument with my fiancé this afternoon could that be why I'm like this tonight?

Hello. Yes. Thst can contribute to your situation, try to stay calm and talk things out if at all possible.

We did kinda sort things earlier today, it was pretty big and very upsetting and its like my body is reacting to it :(

Hm not really we spoke earlier and agreed to try not get so angry with each other, he's fast asleep right now

I totally feel your pain! This was literally me a few hours ago . Stay on here and read . You are not alone and you will be fine when this passes. ((Hugs))

It's so horrible, I had CBT a few months back and my panicking seemed to calm down a lot but recently I feel myself getting worked up again and this is the first time in a while I've been this bad :(

Yeah maybe... Try to put your head in something else watch a movie listing to your favorite band read a book... Take a slow deep breaths.I know is hard but we can't let this crap play with ours brains and always remember, is nothing wrong with our bodies is just in ours heads, good look! 🙏🏻

You had some kind of trigger and then started worrying about it happening again, and that makes it happen. Pray for peace and apologize if you need to OR give forgiveness if that is needed. Hang in there.

The worst feelings occur at night in bed. I am often overwhelmed and so anxious I can't sleep. But something about the start of a new day brings me some peace, o when the sun comes up, use that as a metaphor for a new start, and you get one every day.
