Last month I had something happen to me that was really scary. I was finished eating my breakfast and started having cold sweats down my neck and then hot sweats. I naturally started panicking and it just got worse from there. I started feeling head pressure and started pacing around. I ended up sitting down because I kept thinking I was going to pass out but I felt fine apart from my head feeling weird. My heart was racing the whole time and I ended up going upstairs to lie down which then calmed me down and it ended.
Since then I’ve been thinking it’s going to happen again and I’ve been getting head and eye pressure. I had it happen the other day again and my boyfriend said to stop worrying as I was just making myself worse. I woke up thinking about what happened last month and then it happened again, just not as bad. We had planned to go out but I went upstairs and started panicking. I had a small cry and it passed again. I had my blood sugar taken as my mother has one of those kits when I started getting anxious and having head pressure because I was convinced I had something wrong with me but it was completely fine.
Whenever I wake up I think it’s just going to happen again and I keep thinking I have some serious illness or something. Does anyone else get head/eye pressure?
