Man, I haven’t had any attacks lately but I have these “episodes” where I’ll be normal and then all of a sudden it’s like adrenaline waves I guess? Like they’ll last for maybe 10-20 minutes and I just feel nervous and freaking terrified like something bad will happen and everything kind’ve looks funny. Has anybody experienced this? It stresses me out.

What Is It
I've had episodes like this just lately anon99 I too find it hard to understand i just can't explain it either.

Hi anon, what this is called is "free floating anxiety". In the extremely anxious
person, our adrenaline never fully leaves us. There's always a little left, like a pilot
lite glowing all the time. In the midst of relaxing, a word, a thought, a sound activates
that pilot lite and adrenaline comes on in waves. The best thing to turn off this feeling
is deep breathing. If done properly and with practice, you will no longer get those
unexpected bouts of adrenaline waves. xx
For sure.. I’ve been practicing deep breathing periodically throughout the days. It really helps. Each day i feel another break free from my anxiety.
You are doing good anon...You've come a long way. Practice makes perfect.
In doing this, one day soon, you won't even have to think twice, your body will
automatically go into relief mode without ever having to experience fear.
Doesn't that sound great?? It's true my friend. Never give up xx
