Hi Liton,
This is exactly how I have been too... I’ve now been diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis (v similar to Labyrinthitis) and have been given exercises to do. The exercises can provoke the dizziness but they ultimately help the brain to compensate for the balance problem... you can find some on you tube by searching ‘exercises for vertigo’.
I would recommend you see your doctor for an examination...
Get well soon - it’s the most horrible thing
Thnk u fr u reply...
Actually I have done ENG test, brain CT scan , cervical x-ray , eye test . But everything is normal...
Sometime I feel anxious after heavy meal.... That's why I eat litlle...
My Neurologist said its bcozz of anxeity nd depression...
But I don't think soooo.....
Heyy.... i want to know about ur situation..Can u tell me in details... How it feels, how u face this problem?
Maybe it helps me...
No probs - I started feeling very dizzy & had vertigo while on holiday at the beginning of August. Saw my gp who prescribed medication, took that for a few weeks but began to think the meds were making things worse. I ended up paying privately to see an ENT specialist who diagnosed Vestibular neuritis and gave me exercises to do - the exercises enable to brain to compensate for the imbalance...but it takes time! I’ve had this for 9 weeks now & it has caused me to have a major episode of anxiety!! So am now also battling that. The good news is - my balance has definitely improved & I can finally get out for a walk again but it’s slow progress. Perhaps you could start doing some of the exercises on you tube - start gently - and see how you get on?
I am like this too. It’s horrible. It’s worse when I am driving. It’s hard
