no appetite not hungry

I had an endoscopy 4 days ago ever since the day after the endoscopy i feel even worse ... i have no appetite , i lost 7 pounds , and even when i eat i get full so fast like my stomach just feels different is that normal after an endoscopy i dontt think so .. none of these symptoms have never happened... now im even more scared 😩 help!

The 7 pounds is mostly water weight loss and will come back after you start eating again. You’re appetite will come back as you start eating again as well. You’ll feel even worse if you don’t eat. You don’t want immune health issues, become light headed, dizzy, off balance or become physically weak. You need strength to get through your days, sleep well, etc.

Stop ignoring hunger cues and only drink fluids to hydrate but not keep you full so you don’t eat. Don’t let this spiral, make eating a high priority, eating smaller portions through out the day and eat nutrient dense foods to replenish your bodies vitamin needs (fruit, veggies, adequate protien, etc.).
