Problem with sleep

I have been struggling with sleep for the past ten days and it’s getting to the point that when I take a nap during the day I start breathing rapidly while sleeping and I wake up it feel like I’m convulsion and my heart is beating fast it’s so scary has any experience this feeling ??

Is this anxiety I even wake up sweating so bad

Sounds like anxiety Just got done reading hope and help for your nerves and anxiety now by Dr. Claire weeks it is a very good book and will show you how to be the anxiety it’s not an overnight thing but she also goes through all the symptoms and you’ll be surprise that you probably have most of themAnd that they are very common
