Having trouble sleeping again. Nightmares and waking in a panic. Also how do you get quality sleep when always in pain? I long to wake up feeling refreshed. I’m sure that hasn’t happened in at least 10 years. It’s been worse the past 5 or do years. 😥 I long to sleep like my cats 😺

a lot of us have not had a good nights sleep in years.

Physical pain at night is tricky. The nightmares and panic is unresolved thoughts from the day. If you can journal, write, write and write some more about what is really bothering you during the day and the nights will get better.

Distracting the mind and getting into a good position at night, can give some of us a few good hours..

There are youtube videos of 8 hr Deep Sleep music. You have to find the one that you really like the sound of and let it play all night.

I like the 432hrz healing frequencies. They have them for physical pain, emotional pain etc.

Usually I feel better when I use them.

Hi Chubbers. Sorry you are having a hard time sleeping. I know how that feels. You can probably try making your room comfortable. If you look up difficulty sleeping, it will tell you different things you can do to make your room and your self comfortable for a good night's sleep. Maybe you can try a herbal tea as well and some nice aroma therapy that can calm you and help with this. Hope this helps.

Sorry for replying 3 months later. Thank you for your ideas. Now in the process of switching meds again so that’s not helping at all!!!

Lots of not feeling well and sleepless nights. My family doesn’t talk to me. I miss my nieces and nephews . I’m SO TIRED of not feeling well. I’m nauseated not sure if it’s the change of meds or what. Also need surgery to remove a large colon polyp. I’m just tired. How about you?

I'm in a " growth period" as I call it. Really stuck, conflicted. HOWEVER, after listening to Clair Weeks on audio, OVER AND OVER, I have been able to accept my anxiety and I can "now" get around every day, just fine. Made a dentist appointment with NO worries!!! that's progress.........therapy in 30 minutes! whew

Sorry to hear that Chubbers, sounds really tough, have you tried getting into meditation at all? Or relaxation stretches before bed? I know that might not help with the physical pain but might help to put your mind at ease a little and put you in a deeper sleep? If you try it every day before going to bed and make it a routine it might help. There’s lot of stuff on YouTube for relaxation stretches before bed. I hope you manage to find some peace and get some rest x
