Does anyone else wake up so tired that they could go back to bed, even after a full night sleep?

Ive tried breathing techniques and exercisetthey kind of help.but sometimes I have to just ride them out and take a nerve pill, which doesnt even help most of the time.it really sucks.

Tell me about it :( I'm going for a drive with my partner now to pick up my daughter as she's stayed at a friends place for the weekend (better her to have fun than sitting at home with my anxiety ass) and I'm starting to feel uneasy. It's a 1.5 hour drive, and the whole time all I've thought about is my plaid attack and when's it going to hit. I bring them on myself as I'm so use to going somewhere and it ruining my time...I wish I new how to make my thoughts not always be concentrated on anxiety! I hope your having a anxiety free day xxx

Yes and several times I have had to do just that . I am fortunate enough that I can do that. I have slept day and night two to three days in row getting up only to use bathroom . My husband would bring me food and water and tell me to rest .

Actually I am at my dad's ( 10th day). He is 91 and dying. He is bedridden now, Catherer , eats and drinks very little . Cannot turn himself over or up in the bed. He is so grateful and thankful for anything we do for him . Pray that God will take him home soon. He sleeps most of the time .
