Hi again. My sleep has been shot for over a week now and I'm starting to consider a sleeping aid. Preferably over the counter with minimal side effects. I get about two hours of sleep then wake up not being sleepy and it's freaking me out.
Any suggestions or a sleeping aid you've tried?

Im having the same issues with sleep. And I had come to the same conclusion as you and i was like i may need to try some type of sleep aid like an OTC too because i still did not want to result in sleeping medicines that the doc was trying to prescribe me. So i tried tylenol pm. It was ok. I wouldnt suggest taking two like it will say flr adults to take two. I took just one. It does linger in making you feel groggy the next day. But i tried it and i still from time to time when im having sleep problems take it.
Hi Icanbreath2016. Thank you for your message. I find it wise to first try whatever is available outside of the Dr's office before relying on prescription but having said that, I am not against prescription either. I haven't tried Tylenol PM yet. But, I did find this natural tablet called Flordis ReDormin, a sleep aid. The reviews were high stars and the best part is that nobody has really reported side effects. Tried it last night and I slept 5 hours instead of 2. A little progress.
I live in Australia but read somewhere that it can be found in places worldwide- not sure what that means. I guess it would be a hit and miss sort of thing. I recently had someone recommend something to me that wasn't sold in my country. Sorry if this is the case!
