Any one else with anxiety literally sick s was sat there and a felt funny and tired and weak and if balance then sick came up my heart started and strarted crying

I do cleaning too, I'm obsessive with my cleaning it helps with my stress and anxiety.

I get very low, are you married?

That's exactly how I have been feeling, but mines due to changing antidpressant, are you increasing yours at the moment ?? Xx

Mine have been changed so many times but I don't think they are working. I'm so worried about myself. I have twice tried to take my life, with pills.

Today I have to say has been a very bad day, my husband of 12 yrs is also my carer is being so nasty and unkind, he even said if I make you unhappy, I will go, leave?

I mean who says that to someone who is having a really bad depression day. I just fell over my blanket then tripped with my slipper and smashed into the floor.

I have bashed my knee in but it's nowhere near the pain I'm feeling inside my head.

I use all my DLA money on bills for the house, food, bills etc as my husband is much older than me. I pay for everything

I'm so fed up, why o why am I here?

Gosh how do you cope without any medication?

I suppose you fiancé is much more supportive and caring then.

Mine used to be but I also have a physical disability fibromyalgia

Am scared to go to doctors hun scared of everything don't go out much very rare it's so hard. He is supportive he does everything tbh. And medication nit all work it's a mind game. What's fibromalgia x

She had a drug addiction, which she is over now!!

Also been diagnosed with bipolar but it could be worse!

Or am glad she's managed to get of them not a nice thing drugs lije ya say drugs are addictive like anything same as tablets you think to yourself there helping you but really there not x

good morning tanya hows things going just read your other posts sorry to hear about you not feeling to good the other day .My phones broke so cant keep in touch be fixed on tuesday can only see and talk when daughter comes any way how you feeling now and what you up to today x

im taking today off going to morrisons to see a couple of taxi friends catch up with whats going on see whos fell out with who see whos beating who up and whos sleeping with who LOL were worse than women ya know but its a giggle x
