I am practicing Claire Weekes acceptance as I suffer terrible anxiety and depression and my senses are all hyped to the extreme. I need to get better and I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on pure acceptance as I think I have understood what she teaches but being a worrier I need to get it right.

Well precisely as Claire Weekes teaches, accept that you are a worrier and that you find the need to get it right. Accept that one can't always get things right, her methods are simple but not easy, they take a lot of practice and in my case I still use a lot of self-talk to accept. Keep up the good work, it is so worth it, good luck!
